OWNER
Adam Winn is the owner and founder of Northern Winn Services, bringing over two decades of experience in the electrical field. Since 1997, Adam has honed his skills and expertise, eventually establishing his own electrical company in 2018. As a licensed Master Electrician and Electrical Contractor, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable work with a focus on integrity and professionalism. Adam’s commitment to his craft is matched by his strong family values. A proud family man, he especially enjoys spending time with his beloved grandson. Outside of work, Adam is passionate about hunting, homesteading, and traveling, pursuits that reflect his hands-on, adventurous spirit. He takes great pride in his company, always striving to deliver his best work and ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.
Connor Campbell

APPRENTICE
Connor began his electrical career in 2023, quickly establishing himself as a dedicated and skilled learner. His strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence in the field have made him a valuable asset to our team. As he continues to develop his expertise, Connor demonstrates a growing proficiency in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and problem-solving. Outside of work, Connor is a devoted family man, spending quality time with his wife and young son. His hobbies include farming, hunting, archery, and raising cattle, which reflect his hands-on, practical approach to both work and life. We are proud to have Connor on our team and look forward to his continued growth and contributions in the electrical industry.
Zander Winn

LABORER
At 16, Zander expressed his desire to contribute to the family business, taking on the role of a shop hand. From the start, he showed a strong interest in the electrical trade, dedicating himself to learning and gaining valuable hands-on experience. His passion for the profession, combined with his commitment to completing his high school education and pursuing an apprenticeship, speaks to his drive and determination. Outside of work and school, Zander is an active member of his church youth group, enjoys working on anything with an engine, and loves spending quality time with friends and family. His enthusiasm and work ethic make him a valuable part of the team, with a bright future ahead in the electrical industry.
River Campbell

MINI BOSS
River may be the youngest member of the team, but he already has an important role to play—keeping everyone in line! With just one smile, he has the entire crew, especially his grandpa, wrapped around his finger. River loves "helping" in the office and can’t wait to visit a job site one day!
